Kate Hudson And Matt Bellamy Pacific Palisades Home
A real estate commitment is a step that Ms. Hudson does not enter into lightly, and this $5.3 million dollar residence is most definitely a heavyweight contender.
What home have the two love bugs decided upon you wonder? Well, they did not have to look very far because the lovely Kate Hudson shelled out some big bucks for ownership of an English style Tudor Revival structure located adjacent to the home she already owns.
Although Bellamy and Hudson were frequently sighted during their real-estate search her heart apparently is never happier than when she spends time in Pacific Palisades. The home she originally purchased in 2003 is the one in which she spent a great deal of time as a child. The price for that home was only $100,000 less than the price she paid for this latest real estate acquisition.

This new house is built in an L shape with 5 bedrooms and 6 and a half bathrooms. It is constructed from a combination of timbers, stones and bricks and apparently is a Tudor Revival with a bit of an identity crisis. Yet the quirky appearance of this home fits perfectly with the quirky personalities of both Kate Hudson and and her iconic mother, Goldie Hawn.
Large windows, high-end kitchen appliances and an enormous living room are a few of the features that Hudson and Bellamy will enjoy. Could Kate Hudson have plans to tear down this house and expand her own backyard? Is this real estate purchase a guest house for their extend families to use? Does Matt Bellamy have a vested interest in the property? Good questions, but for now Hudson is keeping silent over the present intentions and future plans for her ‘side by side’ homes.
