Bill and Giuliana Rancic may not be your everyday household celebrities, however Giuliana does carry some clout with her role on E News!, brushing elbows with A-listers.

So the newlywed couple of 3 years, has set their sights on a massive 11,565 square foot cathedral-esque style estate, located in Hinsdale Illinois, a somewhat distant suburb of Chicago.

The specious home boasts 7 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, coupled with a historic interior vibe, which includes a fabulous spiral staircase and towering windows that cover the rear of the home.

The price for this little diamond in the rough was surprisingly low, with a reported asking price of $1.5 million. What can we say, its a buyers market!

UPDATE: Word on the street is indicating that the Rancic duo has flipped this property, selling the house in February 2011 for a reported $4.6 million. Now that’s what we call a profit!
